Our U18.5 team amalgamated with Old Crescent and St. Senans kicked off their season with a competitive outing v Bruff RFC. Even though we went down 23-15 this was an excellent run out for this young team. Training every Tues & Thurs 7-8pm in Old Crescent RFC. Interested in playing contact us now!!

This morning it would have been easier for our u8’s to stay at home and enjoy their Easter eggs but not this bunch of kids. Even with the weather not being great in Rockvale Park they showed some tremendous skills. These children are improving week after week, they’re a credit to their coaches, fair play to all involved

12 months ago this team had tears, upset and heads were down after playing in the Shannon Good Friday Tournament. They came 3rd on the day but they knew they had more. In the following training session they made themselves and their coaches one promise, that they would return in 12 months and win this tournament. What a weekend we have had. As our weekend in Wales comes to an end we would like to pay tribute to a group of kids without whom non of this would have been possible. What a great great Saturday for rugby. We had a fantastic time winning all 4 games in an amazing setting. It is one of the most beautiful places we have ever seen and to go and win all 4 games was a bonus. The hospitality that we received from the super club known as “Bro Ffestiniog” was incredible. Today saw the beginning of what should be one of the best few weeks of these boys lives.
